Mary Hutchins

Mary Hutchins brings over 30 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry to her role as Chief Operating Officer at Back Office Staffing Solutions (BOSS). 

Ambitious and resourceful, Mary started the 100th branch of Ajilon Professional Staffing, one of the world’s largest staffing and recruiting firms. Under her management, the branch became the fastest growing startup branch in Ajilon company history, ranking number 15 in sales in just three years. 

Mary’s exceptional leadership, efficiency, and successful client relationships caught the attention of future BOSS CEO Neil Lebovits, who was serving as the President and COO of Ajilon North America at the time. 

After decades of a complementary partnership, Mary joined Neil at BOSS, where their collaboration continues to thrive.
