Bob Mahan brings more than three decades of financial leadership to his role as Chief Financial Officer of Back Office Staffing Solutions. At BOSS, Bob oversees the financial engine that makes it all work — the payroll funding, the compliance, and the economics that let staffing firms run contractors without cash flow constraints.

CFO to household names and high-growth ventures

Bob has held the CFO seat at an unusually wide range of companies — from global brands like Tommy Hilfiger to high-growth ventures including Loft Orbital Solutions, XpresSpa Group, and SkyBell Technologies, along with public-company CFO experience at Network-1 Technologies. He also founded Management and Financial Services, Inc., advising growth-stage companies through scaling, funding rounds, and everything in between.

It was at Ajilon Professional Staffing that Bob first worked alongside future BOSS colleagues Neil Lebovits (CEO) and Mary Hutchins (COO). Neil was so impressed with Bob’s entrepreneurial spirit and his skill navigating growth phases and funding rounds that he hand-picked Bob to join BOSS as CFO — and that team continues to thrive today.
