How it works (implementation sketch)

1. Create or map Client & Worker from your ATS.
2. Create Assignment (rates, schedule, state/location).
3. Launch Onboarding packet (I-9/W-4/state forms).
4. Capture Time (UI or API); apply OT/sick rules.
5. Manager Approves; BOSS runs payroll.
6. Invoice generated & posted to accounting.
7. COI issued; reporting via API.
