Employer Of Record Solutions

Traditional EOR

This is our traditional EOR, where BOSS acts as the Employer Of Record and BOSS also funds the payroll.

For Office, Professional, Administrative, Clerical -Workers’ Comp (WC) Code 8810 is calculated at a flat 23% Markup on pay! This includes payroll burden & WC of 13% and Fees of 10%.  We use a nationwide flat rate for 8810 WC of 0.5%. 

There is a 2% premium for Pay rates below $25/hour and a 1% premium for California positions.

The above fees include Administrative, Funding, & Service Fees

For 1099 and Corp-To-Corp, rates will be a flat 10% of Pay

There are no hidden fees. No Enrollment Fees. No Setup Fees.

For non 8810 positions, rates will vary based upon the increase in WC insurance.   Please contact us for a customized quote for all other industries. The only amount that will vary will be the increase in WC premiums. 

Upgrades:

➤     Non-Recourse Accounts Receivable-You won’t be responsible for any uncollected invoices- add 2%

➤     Instant Pay-Get paid immediately with no need to wait for the client to pay- add 1.5%

Self Funded EOR

This is the same as our Traditional EOR, except YOU fund your own payroll. With this option, You will pay 1.5% less on your rates!

For Office, Professional, Administrative, Clerical -Workers’ Comp (WC) Code 8810 is calculated at a flat 21.5% Markup on pay! This includes payroll burden & WC of 13% and Fees of 8.5%.  We use a nationwide flat rate for 8810 WC of 0.5%. 

There is a 2% premium for Pay rates below $25/hour and a 1% premium for California positions.

The above fees include Administrative, & Service Fees

For 1099 and Corp-To-Corp, rates will be a flat 8.5% of Pay

Full Service Funding

This offers the same services as our traditional EOR, however, YOU will be the Employer Of Record. Boss provides the funding and all features and services. 

BOSS Charges a flat 6% of Payrate.

Deluxe Administrative Service Organization

With the Deluxe ASO, you get all of the features and services of our Traditional Back Office except YOU will be the EOR and YOU will fund the payroll.  This is the also same as the “Full-Service Back Office” without the funding.  Boss simply deducts 1.5% for funding.
