Contract Management

All of your contracts, or Client Service Agreements (CSAs), should be managed under the COMPANY section of the BOSS Portal, powered by Avionte.  You should use the portal to send out the agreements via Adobe Sign.

These agreements can be structured using BOSS’s standard Tri-Party CSA. This contract has been carefully constructed to spell out your rights and responsibilities as well as those of you, BOSS, and your client. As such, deals written from this document will be approved quickly. 

Custom edits to our standard agreement are allowable, but they are pending review and approval by BOSS before being submitted to your clients.

Alternatively, you can use your existing contracts. Before submitting your contract to us, we’ll need you to integrate BOSS’s Addendum with your contract, which spells out how BOSS will handle invoicing and payments on your behalf. Then, have your client sign the newly combined contract for BOSS to review and approve.
