Amanda Polkey brings over 20 years of experience in the Staffing and Recruiting industry to her role as Director of Business Development at BOSS.
Prior to BOSS, Amanda served as the Division Manager for Diversified, and as a Branch Manager for Advantage Resourcing, where she launched the New Orleans office. Amanda also worked as a Staffing and Recruiting Consultant at People 2.0, where she first met future BOSS CEO Neil Lebovits.
In addition to her work in the Staffing and Recruiting field, Amanda is a dedicated career coach and an active board member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is highly involved in local women’s organizations, and brings her passion for guiding others and empowering women to her work at BOSS.
