The BOSS Platform
Everything Your Staffing Firm Needs. One Intelligent Platform.
The operating system for modern staffing firms — every operation connected, nothing re-keyed.
BOSS isn’t another payroll system. It’s the operating system for staffing firms.
The Staffing Workflow
From first lead to next placement, one continuous flow
Most firms run this lifecycle across a dozen disconnected tools. On the BOSS Platform, every stage hands off to the next automatically.
Twelve stages. Zero re-keying. Data entered once flows through every step that follows.
Everything Works Together
Not a list of features. A system of record.
Every capability below reads from and writes to the same platform — so your workforce, your money, and your compliance are always in sync.

Why it matters
When one system owns the data, nothing falls through the cracks between vendors — and every report, invoice, and paycheck agrees with every other.
The Signature Difference
How information flows through BOSS
Follow one candidate from application to reporting. The data travels — your team doesn’t retype it.
One Login
Retire the vendor patchwork
Today, your operations float across a crowd of vendors and tools. On BOSS, they all funnel into one place.
BOSS
- One login.
- One platform.
- One support team.
- One trusted source of truth.

Security
Built for Staffing
Generic HR software doesn’t understand staffing
Corporate HR platforms are built for one company paying its own salaried employees twice a month. Staffing is a different business entirely — and forcing it into generic software is where the spreadsheets, workarounds, and errors come from.
BOSS was designed specifically for staffing firms. Every workflow on the platform assumes the realities on the right — because they’re the realities we built it for.
Integrations
Connect the tools you already run
Keep your ATS, your accounting system, and your job boards. BOSS connects to them — and our Partner API connects to everything else.
Full-color tiles are live today; grayed tiles are on the integration roadmap. Need one sooner? The Partner API is open.
The BOSS AI Suite
Built for What’s Next
Because BOSS holds your workforce, payroll, and billing in one system, AI can work across all of it — not one silo at a time. This is where the platform is headed, and it’s already underway.
✶
Onboarding assistant
Guides new hires through documents and answers their questions before they ever reach your team — nights and weekends included.
✶
Compliance monitoring
Watches I-9s, registrations, and filings across every state you operate in, and raises its hand before a deadline becomes a problem.
✶
Payroll anomaly detection
Flags unusual hours, rates, and totals before the run — not after the checks go out.
✶
AI reporting
Ask questions in plain English — “what did the Dallas branch bill last month?” — and get answers from your own live data.
✶
Predictive alerts
Sees patterns across payroll, billing, and collections — and warns you about the cash crunch or the client risk before it lands.
✶
Workflow automation
Spots the next step — the invoice to send, the assignment to fill, the renewal coming due — and queues it for you.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Does BOSS replace payroll software?
Yes. Payroll processing, direct deposit, payroll taxes, certified payroll, ACA, and W-2s are all native to the platform — there’s no separate payroll system to buy, sync, or reconcile.
Can we keep our ATS?
Yes. BOSS complements your ATS rather than replacing it. Placements flow from your ATS into onboarding through our integrations and Partner API, so recruiters keep the tools they know and nothing gets re-keyed.
Does the platform include EOR?
Yes. Employer of Record is one of our operating models. Every plan runs on the same BOSS Platform — the variable is who employs the workers and who funds payroll, not which software you get.
Can we integrate QuickBooks?
Yes. General ledger data flows to QuickBooks so your books stay in sync with payroll and billing without manual journal entries.
Does BOSS include employee onboarding?
Yes. Digital documents, e-signature, I-9, E-Verify, and benefits enrollment are built in, and new hires complete everything through the employee portal.
Can the platform automate billing?
Yes. Approved time flows directly into client invoices, and collections are tracked on the same platform — so billing follows payroll automatically instead of living in a spreadsheet.
Is there an employee portal?
Yes. Employees see pay stubs, W-2s, documents, and benefits in one self-service portal, on desktop or mobile — which means fewer calls to your office.
How secure is the platform?
Access is controlled by role-based permissions, data is encrypted, and API access is managed through dedicated partner keys. Happy to walk through security in detail on a demo.
Can we add payroll funding later?
Yes. Funding is part of our funded operating models, and because everything already runs on one platform, switching it on doesn’t require a re-implementation — you grow into it.
